Entrevista
I applied online and heard back almost 2 months later. In the phone screener, the recruiter said the role was an urgent fill within a week. I was scheduled for my second interview the next day which was Friday right before 5, not ideal timing but I was pushed to take that day. The interview was casual and friendly but not as informative as others even after asking questions. I was told they were in a heavy growth phase and felt a sense of disorganization along with it.

3 interviews. Initial recruiter, hiring manager, and long tenured Salesforce adjacent manager. Was told a 4th would be scheduled and was ghosted for weeks and then told they went with another candidate.

Entrevista
I had a phone interview and a series of three video interviews. My time was respected and everyone was very transparent through the process, so there were no surprises. I met with a variety of teams which was helpful when I got started!
