I met with their HR Director who was very casual and explained some of the events the school does, I felt a bit bombarded with information about the school and he didn't really ask me many questions about my experience. After the meeting I was asked to observe for a regular school day, and after the school day was over I was asked when I could return to teach a demonstration lesson, which is when they decide whether or not to hire you.

I applied online through a job bank website. They contacted me by email a few days later. I was given a choice to meet from Monday to Friday. They were accomodating with alternative time. It was from 9:30 am to 2 pm. It consisted of interview plus observation.
