Not much of an interview process. Was asked how I would promote the product. Was immediately asked for my schedule and hired on the spot. Very casual yet remember you're there to impress so be prepared. (btw this is still considered a start-up so it's not you're typical idea of what a business should be quite yet, lot's of potential though)
