I was scheduled for an interview at 2pm, I got there early and ended up waiting about 30 or 40 minutes for the supervisor to show up for the interview. When she showed up, it took another 5-10 minutes for her to come and interview me. She seemed distracted and she made very little, if any, eye contact. She was on her phone the entire time. After one question, she asked for my availability. She looked very uninterested in the whole process.
