Overall good experience. Seemed a little extensive at first for the level of required experience, however I think it really helped me to be sure that the fit was as good as it could be.

Overall, I had a positive experience during the 1.5-month hiring process. It included a screening interview with the Talent Acquisition partner, cognitive tests, verbal assessment and interviews with the Hiring Manager and Senior Management. Communication was consistently professional and timely, facilitating a smooth process despite its duration and number of interview rounds. The Talent Acquisition partner was genuinely helpful, keeping me updated throughout. I'm grateful for the opportunity to work with the LeanIX team and appreciate the offer.
