The interview process was rather pleasant and very transparent. I had an initial "get to know which other" type of interview that involved one or two technical questions, but also questions about my CV, my interests, and also the reasons for my application. The head of the team along with HR was the first point of contact and there was a much higher level of communication over other companies, which was highly appreciated.
The next step that followed was a task that had to be completed and presented to the team lead, HR, and another lead in the company. During the presentation, I already got some feedback and questions. That was followed by more technical questions and general conversation.
The next interview was a virtual meet and greet with members of the team. They had one or two questions about me that were not technical.
The final interview was with the Senior Vice President of the division. No preparation was needed and it was very short and pleasant like the other interviews.
Shortly after that, there was more contact with HR by phone and email. At which point the company made me an offer which was generous and I gladly accepted.
