It would not be ethical for me to reveal it but if you do 100-200 leetcode questions, then you should be good to go.

Entrevista
I applied for and was interviewing for a role on the software engineering team in Summer 2021.
I reached the "final round" of interviews only to be told halfway through one of the interviews that the role I was working towards had filled, but that my interview/application could be shifted over to a different role if I wanted, which I agreed to, but I was explicitly told that the process (which had been explained to me in detail) would not change.
During one of the last interviews, which had been described as a "personality/team placement" interview, the interviewer begins pulling out coding questions, and mid interview is when it's revealed that the interview process for this role will just be comprised of three more hour long coding challenges.
I have no problem with being deemed unprepared/inadequate for the role, but it seemed like there was a complete lack of communication between the different people interviewing me. I was frequently asked the same questions multiple times by different people, nobody thought to tell me BEFORE the interviews that the role I was working towards and the process was changing, perhaps via email. I was extremely caught off guard when the "personality interview" suddenly turned into a third coding challenge mid interview. Maybe I should have been more prepared for anything, but it all just strikes me as very unprofessional, and incredibly disorganized.
