Process was described as HR screen, remote interview with hiring manager, and then in-person interview with local Sales Manager. The interview with the hiring manager was just a series of red flags, starting with his contradiction of the information shared in the HR screen. It felt like a bait and switch from the beginning. I would not even call it an interview- the hiring manager generally just talked AT me and occasionally asked me for confirmation that what he said was understood. I was asked inappropriate questions that never would have been asked if I were a man, including how the job schedule would work for my assumed family. Hiring manager made sure to flash a ringless finger and share that he was unattached. It was very clear that they were not seeking an experienced professional, they needed a naive "Yes Man' without boundaries and who wouldn't ask questions.
