I've applied to this company 3 times and out of all the companies I've applied to, they are the most efficient in sending out responses (within 1-3 weeks) and never 'ghost'. The 1 time I was able to have an initial recruiter interview, the time spent was pleasant and warm. After the interview they were responsive to my thank you note, which was very nice to know that they received it. Overall, I would probably keep trying to gain a spot at this company based on my experience so far!
