Screening, 1-on-1 interview, promised to schedule me for another and then ghosted me. Ignored follow-up email. Pathetic people, if they have no decency early on in the process, expect this to be a horrible place to work.

The recruiter I spoke to was very kind, friendly, and informative. She let me know what the salary range would be in our first conversation and gave me a good idea of whether I would be a good fit for the role.
