The interview process was semi-formal, and more of a conversation of how the job would work. I worked for Layne for several years prior to being asked to join as a PM so there were not too many surprises to be had

Conversational on-campus. I then went to HQ and interviewed with two other people. Similar conversational style. It was a great experience and part of the reason why I accepted the job.

Huge company. Right hand has no idea what left is doing. Confusing and drawn out beyond belief. Couldn't make up their minds. Several callbacks. Couldn't figure out who had the authority to hire me.
