The first part of the interview was answering 10 essay type questions. It was clear these were used to assess clinical judgement. After this, I was moved to a separate room for the formal interview. The VP who interviewed me was tough and thourough.

The interview process was easy. I had a referral, filled out an application, and had a virtual interview with the V. P. of the department. Topics of discussion were: personal experience, what if situations, preference of cultural environment, hobbies.
