I was send a test by Lavassa, through the recruitment agency, which was basically to show case how i would project managed a realistic product development project. I spend a few days making the best possible presentation and detailed gantt chart with costing, resources e.t.c. Then they told the recruiter they are no longer interested in interviewing me, with no further explanation or feedback. This is a very nasty behaviour, considering they let me finish the presentation before cancelling it. My time is important too Lavazza!
