Applied online. The initial screening call was with a recruiter about two weeks later. The interview via Teams was arranged shortly afterwards with the HR Coordinator and HR Manager. The interview last approx 40 mins. Hybrid working after 6 months which showed they don't trust who they employ. Not flexible with start/finish times. Asking if WFH during first 6 months was flexible to accommodate work life balance was not well received. Company first, employees second.
