The recruiter reached out to schedule initial interview. The virtual interview with her went well and I was invited for virtual interview with hiring manager. It was a strange interview and I could tell that he was more interested in hiring someone from New York and I really don’t understand why they even posted in DFW. He even let me know about the automated message that candidates receive when they are not selected, so that let me know right then and there. I’m not sure if he was not prepared for my interview but it was difficult to get clarity on the questions that I asked. I wouldn’t even want to be apart of such a closed minded organization.
