started off with a an initial phone interview, then you get called in to record a video statement, attend a presentation of what launchsource is about, in person interview, and you read an article and write a summary of what you read. After, you are notified if you got into the program or not.

Phone Screen. 30mins long. Not too many questions. After they screen you, they give you a lot of information on how to prepare for interviews and they invite you to the combine day.

I attended the combine interview on July 22. I was able to interview with two different companies and I appreciated getting some one-on-one time with each company. I wish there had been more than two companies represented there but it was still a good experience. I liked that it wasn't a group interview because it did not feel pressure-filled or competitive. Definitely do you research before going to the event.
I was actually offered a job from one of the companies there, after the event, and the training process that follows is definitely time-consuming but worth it in the end. I am grateful that I went and did the training.
If you are looking to work specifically in entry-level sales, in upstart tech companies, in the Boston area, this is the way to go. If you are not looking for this specific role than applying to this company is not worth your time.
