I met with the HM and we connected on our passion for the SE role in our respective companies. From there, I moved onto speaking with other SE's to get a feel of their daily work and engagements with customers. Final steps were a demo to the panel that consisted of Marcus, Greg and Matt (SE) to walk them through a demo and discovery scenario and then meeting with Marcus 1:1 shortly after to assess for culture fit.

Interview process started with screening interview from recruiting. Followed by: Hiring manager Sales leadership Technical/Process screen (peer) Final panel Each step was clearly defined and articulated ahead of time. I was found via an external recruiter, so may have been slightly different.
