I'm sorry to hear that your interview experience wasn't ideal. I can assure you this is not the norm. We only work with a select number of external recruiters who do not give coding challenges. Internally, we stopped giving coding challenges in 2020. Before 2020, we tested coding challenges but always gave constructive feedback to ensure candidates could learn and grow.
