Got a phone call from the recruiter to answer preliminary questions. She was super friendly and helpful. Then met with the owner of the company in person. He was very professional and easy to talk to. The 2nd interview was with a trainer to discuss my qualifications and a job shadow in one of the store locations. This was great since I got a chance to see first day all the daily responsibilities of the job and see the company culture.
