The interview process at lattice is challenging, but also very fair. I found the exercises to be applicable to the skills I use on a day-to-day basis. There weren't any leet code style questions, only practical ones. I did plenty of prep before starting the process and I'm glad I did so!
The process took about a month from my first call with the recruiter and ended with a virtual onsite spread over 2 days. The onsite was run well and everyone I spoke to was engaged and kind. While the interview was challenging, I didn't feel pressured as I worked through the problems. The interviewers were encouraging and collaborative when I would spin my wheels at times.
I definitely recommend interviewing at Lattice!

Entrevista
After submitting an application I heard back from a recruiter in a few days and set up a screening call. The recruiter had a bad connection so I could barely understand a lot of what they said. A few days after the screening call I got an invite to submit availability for the first round interview, which I promptly submitted. I didn't hear back from them for a full month when they emailed me to inform me that they had hired someone and were canceling further interviews.

Initial call with recruiter and then a phone screen. I mentioned in the initial phone conversation with recruiter that my experience is more in backend and I am most comfortable with Java. in the phone screen i was forced to program in javascript which I am not totally comfortable with. the question was to parse json data and print output in specific format. With java unless you use specific libraries like jackson, gson it is not possible to parse json. And with the help of interviewer I was able to solve the problem in javascript but I was sent reject email next day. When I already told I am not comfortable with javascript why would you make me program in that? Don't waste your time with this joke of a company.
