Overall, the interview process was good. The people I met were intelligent, thorough and kind. It was intensive as the whole process took a few months to get through, culminating in meeting 6 members of the team for 45 minutes each over 2 days. The one thing I would flag is that the talent manager repeatedly ghosted me (first with getting back to me on a final decision, promising me timelines he didn't adhere to) and then with providing feedback on the final decision. I actually still haven't heard back despite following up,

The recruiter reached out to me and I agreed to meet for an intro call. I enjoyed our conversation and he let me know he’d be moving me to the next round. The following interview was one of the worst I’ve ever had and I’ve never known so quickly that I wouldn’t want to join a team. My interviewer was very disinterested in what I said, obviously not listening at some points, and the entire interaction was very robotic.
