Entrevista
I was introduced to the opportunity at Latcha by a recruiter who set up an in-person interview for me at their Novi location. My initial impression was positive in terms of the physical environment- a very modern and attractive setting that one would expect at an advertising company. I interviewed with a lead developer and a manager that lasted about an hour, during which we discussed my background, the company, and their goals for the position. It was fairly laid back, candid and conversational, with a sufficient amount of back and forth about technical and non-technical subjects. It had what I would call "just the right amount of pressure" (not too little as to seem careless but not too much to be stressful).
It was a positive experience and I enjoyed meeting the interviewers and learning about the company regardless of the interview outcome.

Entrevista
I just had a very positive experience interviewing with software devs and their chief. There were no coding tests, but we asked each other plenty of questions that allowed me to assess their professional level for them to assess mine. In fact, I think this was a much more meaningful interview than many I've had in the past in terms of sharing information and assessing skills, professional level, commitment and personalities. This interview was easy not because they are not challenging or demanding, but because we quickly determined that my experience and skill-set is a match for this position and we want to work with each other. We will all benefit.
