Was overall a great hiring experience. I was first interviewed through the Zoom app by a video chat and it lasted only about 15-20 min. The second interview process was done infront of the entire team as a panel interview. I then had a very fun shadow day to get a feel for how it would be to work there. My third and final interview was done again through the Zoom app.

Entrevista
This is probably the most efficient and easiest interview I’ve ever had. Applied on Glassdoor and got a response from HR within the same day. Set up a Zoom interview, similar to Skype. It was very informative, but quick as well. The next day we set up an in-person interview. That consisted of a typical sit down, we went over the company benefits and structure. Then got to meet the team, toured the office, and pretty much had a “Shadow Day.” Interview felt more like a first day on the job, which was great because you got a taste of what you were going to be doing which played a big factor in making a decision. We then set up another Zoom interview with another HR and this was longer than the first, about 15 minutes compared to an hour. Once again, it was extremely informative and transparent. From there, I was made an offer and I accepted. Great process!
