The recruitment process was just perfect. Everything was well-structured: I got to meet the hiring manager in the second round, and was given the opportunity to talk to future team colleagues before the final interview. The scheduling of the process is very well thought through and candidate focused - I was given enough time between rounds to fit the interviews in my schedule.
