A hiring agent from HR reached out to me via phone call to initiate the process. I had my first interview with the HR agent and the Development team lead, then a follow-up interview with the other Senior Developer and then an offer was made. Each interview was very casual and easy going, no tests on programming skills which is always a plus. 3 interviews total
