Well arranged and systematic. A writing assignment followed by a telephonic interview. Interviewed on skills, hobbies, interest and specific area of study. This was followed by document verification. Friendly tone eased the interview performance.

The hiring process included sending of my resume which received a positive response followed by submitting two sample articles and a telephone interview. Telephone Interview consisted questions on my hobbies, work experience, writing style and writing process. The interviewer made me extremely comfortable by creating a positive space to exhibit my true potential.

Entrevista
I had an enlightening interaction with the interviewer. The interview lasted for almost 16 minutes packed with various genre of questions. Most of them were a chance to explore my interests and writing skills. This made me contemplate deep into multiple levels of writing. The interviewer was patient enough to listen to all my answers. In a nut shell, it was a fruitful session.
