Went through the entire interview process and got a verbal offer. A couple of days later I was told the CEO of Lark would like to talk to me. On the interview he asked me to screenshare and try using a feature of the Lark. I didn't know what the feature was for and he didn't say anything or provide any guidance or context the entire time. Needless to say he wasn't impressed and I was told later they wouldn't extend an offer. Very unprofessional conduct and terrible process to identify the right talent for the right job.
