Pretty basic HR screen, followed by an interview with hiring manager. Questions around my current role and why I want the position. Then nothing, no follow up even after both meetings went very well.

Fairly standard interview process. Talked through my experience in finance and some basic questions around Forecasting & Budgeting. Everything went well through the first two rounds and then I was unfortunately ghosted and never heard from them. Could have been just poor communication, but either way not a great way to handle potential candidates.
