Entrevista
The initial interview happened with the corporate recruiter, and we went over the position and the history of the company. You are asked questions about your background and fit relative to the position; both operations and sales acumen are covered. Then a second interview is booked with the Regional Manager, who will then go deeper and see if there is a good culture fit with the company.

It was a 5 step process beginning with a recruiter then multiple virtual interviews with the hiring manager and VP of Sales. Last was an in person interview and branch visit. Mandatory drug testing (at specific location that was not easily accessible). Application to hire date took approximately 60 days
