The interview was ridiculously easy and got me training of 3 weeks with them and another 2 weeks with clients ( actually staff from LBS and trained the protocol, rules and regulations and terminology) . There are a lot of assessments and processes and you will be removed if you failed one of them . Better think of time and resources you put into that work and finally not offered . 2nd interview assessment after 2 weeks training is very awful that they used AI of medical interpretation scenarios which is not the real voice of it and very hard to catch and understand ( for me is like Vietnamese is talking in Korean)
At the final week of training and I got one assessment failed and completely left out from training and not offered. Very disappointed for investing 1 month of training, assessment and time . Not recommend.
