Entrevista
The interview included questions to get to know yourself, background, and experience. It also includes an oral test of medical terminology in English and target language. For those interested in working at the call center, there is a test with a headset and phone with different scenarios. There is another one with real patients if you pass the 1st one. This was a while ago. I am not sure if they still do it the same way

Entrevista
Long hiring process, testing, interviewing, training program, mentership, then another interviewing. On call assignments, sometimes no assignments at all. The hiring process does not match the low pay and frw on call assignments the agency offer.
