Had an initial interview over the phone with HR and was invited to attend the 1st stage face to face interview with HR again and the senior finance manager, friendly and professional inteview, stress free, was told by the recruiter I did really great however other candidates held better qualification (they were fully qualified accoutants while I was part-qualified), was also told there is no more I could better during the interview as the comparison was more focused on the qualifications (I had Bsc degree in Accounting & Finance and part ACCA Qualified), overall great experience and positive feedback.
