Much emphasis is placed on creativity, regardless of role so be sure to talk about how you are creative in what you do (even for non-design roles).

Started with a general interview with HR- mainly to confirm your interest in the company. This was followed by another interview with the Strategy Director. Very easy and very relaxed interview process. No industry specific questions were asked. Applied to the position through an internal employee referral. Overall process took around 3 months to finalize.
