I applied online, on Craigslist or a similar posting site (not an official job board). The interviewer thanked me for coming in during the rain when most called out. The offered salary was only $9 an hour, which isn't adequate for New York City at all. They ask the same questions they would in any retail-related position (that is, if you're applying for a box office or concession stand position)

One 30 minute interview with head of department, and one team member from sub departments. Really relaxed and personable. Was offered the position shortly after within a day or so.
