I was contacted by a recruiter for this role. The company was interested and contacted me for a telephone interview. They asked questions mostly about the company. They like their employees to know as much as possible about the company, so it felt more like a quiz on Landbay. To be honest, I was answering "I don't know," or, "I'm not sure" to half of the questions. Surprisingly, they still took me through to the next stage. I don't know why.
The next stage was a take-home coding test. I had to create a programme that matches investments to loan requests and return fully-funded investments. For my level of skill, I found it a little difficult, however I got through, again.
The final stage was a F2F interview at their office. Really nice place, everyone was so friendly, smiles all round when I was walking through the small office. I felt very welcomed. The interview was around 1-2hrs, consisted of general interview questions, as well as some technical questions, and a whiteboard coding question. They also ask you questions about your code (what you can improve) and any problems it may have had.
Overall, it was a good experience. Little difficult for my level, however the company itself is great, the people are warm and friendly and welcoming, and it seems like a really great place to work.
