Reached out to me for a contract position with a HUGE health insurance company- recruiter was pleasant until she brought up salary requirements sans health benefits. Told me my resume looked great - then asked me about my salary requirements. -I gave an honest answer based on the last contract position I had - 55 per hour 114 yr plus benefits - due to the risk and short term. I was lowballed and told no benefits not even health insurance would be provided. I suggested she attempt to renegotiate with her superiors - but was unsuccessful.
Reached out to me on LinkedIn. Another international recruiter, asking me to send a resume via email instead of just an attachment in LI. But this time they wanted to change all my job titles. Harvesting email, phone, name and experiences, no doubt for someone else.

Started with a nicely worded email. The recruiter was surprised to get a call back, and he was very difficult to understand, mumbling fast and using poor English. Asking for a copy of my photo ID seemed highly irregular and too much like phishing. They have done nothing to earn my trust, and I've declined their recruitment.
