I interviewed with ORIX Real Estate Capital. I interviewed with employees from both Lancaster Pollard and RED Mortgage Capital. The company brought around 15 people in two separate sessions to Columbus. I interviewed with 7 employees from both companies in HR and Banking, their seniority varied. The final part of the interview consisted of a panel interview where we were all asked several questions. Most were personal questions to get to know you better, but there was one behavioral in front of the entire panel. No technical questions were asked throughout the day.
