Great communication right up until second interview then never heard back. I can maybe understand not giving feedback after a first interview but inviting someone to a second interview then ghosting them is very unprofessional. Particularly frustrating after receiving multiple phone calls between the first and second interview, then hearing back after the second that they are still making a decision and will let me know a week later, then nothing...
