Initial application online. You then get contacted via email with a date and time of the interview. This is the normal process when internal. When external I guess you would get a phone call. You get one interview with a panel of 2-3 people. Each ask around 3 or 4 questions. In my case 6 each. After interview usually takes 1 week to hear if you got the position. I was told face to face. You also get informed when you do not get the position so this would be email of phone call. After the process you can request feedback.
