2 meetings with heads of group and department. Everything were good and pleasant. We have a very pleasant and fun dicussion about development processes, technologies and many other things.
3 steps: HR, Technical, with managmanent. Everything was smooth, Perfect tech interview, we were talking about system design with system architecs, some patterns. HR interview was usual, nothing interesting Management gave some standard behaviour questions and ask about perfomance metrics of my previous teams
