no phone call interview and just on-site interview. the whole interview was one to one and just ask you what you did in your resume and talk about yourself. they prefer people who has lots of math skill and quantitive skill. if you are not cs major, that's fine. because they can train you. the whole process from the interview to work is typical indian consulting company as you know.
