I was contacted by HR and they set up and interview time around my work schedule since my company did not know I was looking to leave. I was contacted by e-mail by HR and a second interview was set up with the department head followed up with an interview with the other 2 attorneys I would be working with. At the end of the second interview, they made a generous offer which I accepted.

They asked about my experience in the area of law they were looking to hire for and then proceeded to ask about my specific knowledge of documentation preparation for the area of law
