As a senior D365 professional, I was quite surprised by the interview process. I went through 4 rounds of technical interviews, most of which were repetitive with minimal variation or depth in assessment. Despite positive feedback throughout, I was informed by the recruiter that I’ve been put "on hold"—without any clear reason or constructive feedback. What added to the disappointment was the scheduling of interviews as late as 10 PM IST, which felt inconsiderate for a working professional. Given the time and effort involved, the experience lacked the professionalism and clarity one would expect at this level. I hope future processes are better structured and more respectful toward candidates' time and experience.

Interview was asked from all angles of my Areas of study. Focus on the job description to frame your answer accurately. Overall it was great. The questions were mostly related to whatever your area of study is. Be sure not to be in a stress while answering the questions.
