Entrevista
All day event. Presentation in the morning, followed by a full day of 1-hr one on one sessions in a conference room. People were interested in their work and engaging, so the experience was pleasant overall and did not feel like an 'exam'.
Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Lam Research (Tualatin, OR) en ene 2020
Entrevista
First a phone interview and then a panel interview with 5-6 people. Some emotional intelligence questions mixed with technical details and background. Individuals were knowledgeable. Manager was very nice and informative about the company background.
Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Lam Research (Fremont, CA) en abr 2007
Entrevista
First interview consisted of HR screening. The HR manager did not seem to have a grasp of etch technology. Had a second interview on the phone with the hiring manager. He seemed impressed but concerned that I might be overqualified. Third interview was 1-1 with 4 managers and 2 engineers. After going through this process, I was put in front of 3 engineers who shot questions at me. Two of the engineers were pretty sharp and knew what they were talking about. One of the engineers was marginal and went on a rant about something they obviously knew little about. (I think the other engineers knew this). All in all a positive process.
