I think the interview process was simple and easy. It took place over the phone and they just asked me a couple of questions about my experience, customer service skills, and availability. They wanted to overall know who I am as a person, be sure I’m reliable and dependable and not uncomfortable talking to different people.

It consisted of an online application. You receive information about the status of your application through a third party website. You will be given access to review the application status.

The hiring and interview has been a little lengthy process, after they interviewed me over the phone, nobody got back to me for over a month until I kept reaching out
