They do group interviews. Ask you questions as a group regarding the history of the park and ask you to do a roleplay of certain circumstances, then leave out of the room to make a final decision and call you out one by one to let you know what they have decided.
They ask you to role play certain situations that may arise in the park one being "A guest is too short to ride on this particular ride. You tell the guest and their parent that they aren't able to ride this ride the child then gets upset as does the parent, how would you go about handling the situation?"
