Initially, I applied online through Spire... A week later I called an asked about my application. I received a call two days later to set up a phone interview, this lasted 20 minutes. A week after that, I received an email saying we would like to have an in person interview. There where 3 people interviewing me. A construction manager, the Spire lady that had a phone interview with me, and a foreman. They asked about 10 questions... being scenarios or past experience. This lasts 15-20 minutes. They told me they will reach back to me next week to let me know if I got it or not.
