There where 2 interviews including hr round. First was technical round and then two face to face round . They asked about clinical trials in detail,Whether you would be flexible with the working hours and shifts?

Applied online and contacted by a recruitment agency. About a week later, I had a phone interview with the HR person from America. It was relatively easy and mostly about behavioural questions.
