I applied online and received an email from a recruiter to set up a telephone interview. The initial return email I sent was not received and they sent a second email, which I replied to and the interview was then scheduled. It was actually quite an efficient process, although I believe that had my resume been reviewed a bit more closely, it would have been evident I did not have the experience required
