Phone screen with hiring manager, on site interview with HR, hiring manager and several colleagues. People interviewing me were forced to choose from a pre-made list of behavioral interview questions, many which were the same question just phrased slightly differently. Offer was made by phone and then followed with formal written offer with pertinent details such as salary, boss, etc.

They ask a lot of SAR questions, so be sure to brush up on and practice those. Overall a straightforward interview. Here have some extra words now because I have to reach 30 for this silly glassdoor policy

Two back to back interviews with 2 people each. Interviewers were kind and respectful of my time by attending on time (has not always been the case with other interviews I have had within this organization).

I made my salary expectations clear at the beginning with the recruiter, and then went on to complete 5 hours of interviews. I really liked the position and the team but then was shocked when they offered me 30k less than the salary range I gave them and 10k less than what I am currently making. I’m not sure why they thought I would take that or why they even bothered interviewing me and wasting everyone’s time - my impression is that salaries here are WAY below market value and that they will try to get you to take a lowball offer.
